...And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved -  Acts 2:47

The Lord has been moving in an amazing way.  Over the past 30 days or so we have seen God move the hearts of Kate, Nick and Ashley.  God has used many brothers and sisters to put into practice the call from Jesus to go and make disciples, baptize them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.   

The Church studied the Word with so many through the past month...some made the decision to make Jesus Lord and others did not.  Its so hard to see people walk away from the truth of God's Word yet so exhilarating to be able to have the privilege to love so many people through the love of Christ.  Its so refreshing to see people respond to the gospel of Christ and choose to make Jesus the Lord of their lives.  It reminds of the words of Jesus...

 "Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it."             -Matthew 7:13-14

May we all serve the Lord with fear and trembling and simply obey the task that the Lord has given each and everyone of us, the task of testifying to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  It is hard work. it means laying your life down for people, to love them with the love of Christ no matter what the outcome.  There will be a few that find the narrow road that leads to life...to God be the Glory!
