Welcome to Spokane Christian Church! We are a family of believers intent on following Jesus Christ by applying the Bible to our lives. We welcome all ages, nationalities, and walks of life. And we have a great kids ministry.
Our small groups meet regularly in homes across the Spokane area as well as Cheney, Chattaroy and Post Falls. In our groups, we have fun together and build close spiritual relationships that help us walk with God. To find a group near you:
Our unity is built on reliable teachings from God's word. We strive to equip every member to help others with Scripture. We'd be glad to arrange personal Bible studies with you whether you desire a solid grasp of the core principles or spiritual relationships and healing or a closer walk with Christ.

Sunday Worship is for us to come together to grow more in love with God, His Son, and His Word through singing together, fellowship, prayer, hearing the Bible taught, and sharing genuinely how Jesus has affected us.

What Will I See?

People Just Like You. We are made up of lots of people just like you who are wrestling with the issues of life.  We are real people who are striving to balance our responsibilities and relationship within our family and in our workplace.  We are seeking answers to our questions.  We are far from perfect, but we are striving to help one another rely upon God's word.

Children and Youth. We have lots of kids and youth in our church family; and they enjoy learning about God's love in a fast-paced, fun-packed environment with dedicated and carefully screened children's ministry and youth/teen ministry volunteers.  Many families come to church and have stayed especially because this is where their children want to be.

What Will I Hear?

Blended Worship. We believe that just like all relationships, everyone connects with God in different ways.  So, we include a balanced mix of traditional hymns, modern music, instrumentation, and a cappella singing in our worship services.  The worship center features lighting, video projection, a versatile platform stage, and usually a band (except during their summer break).  The arts (drama, film, music, sculpture and painting) are used whenever possible to help illustrate the message.

The Preaching of God's Word. We strive to preach and teach the Bible in a way that is relevant and that addresses real life issues.  We want you to be able to say that what you heard gave you something that could help you throughout the week be like Jesus, in your family, at your work, and in your life.

What Should I Wear?

Dress Comfortable! Some come in jeans, t-shirts, and sandals, while others come in a suit and tie.  Though you might describe the atmosphere as casual, our intent with this approach is more about meeting people where they are, just as they are.

How Should I Participate?

We want you to feel free to just come hear the Word of God and for us get to know each other. So, please don't worry about being "put on the spot" in our service or feel any obligation to participate in the weekly offering or communion unless you'd prefer to.
